Just seen a couple of the Lucas Paqueta videos on youtube. I can see a few reasons why Bruno wants to play alongside him. Definitely a £60m player! I hope his friendship with Bruno helps our present lack of European football situation.

Think the reason he will want a replacement for Dubs is that the top teams now have goalkeepers who can pass the ball well, Dubravka can't do that, he isn't even good at goal kicks. I quite like him apart from that, just saying.
Dubravka is good with his feet. Not Ederson level, but hes much more sweeper keeper than we've ever had before.
I reckon Howe wants at least 5 players this window, and for us to calm down in January where there's so little value. Is GK in the top 5 priorities? I'm not sure. I don't feel we're dropping points because of Dubravka. He's made a handful of mistakes this season, but show me a goalkeeper who hasn't?
Although I think we need 13/14 players changed to actually be competitive at the top, I think we'll just be plugging the holes this Summer. To me when I look through the squad that means (at least one) CF, CB, CDM, CAM and a winger. Gayle, Hayden, Lewis, Fede, Almiron, Hendrick, etc., gone. I'd sell Wood as well if I could. Has no place in the style of play we've adopted.
We've basically signed two world class players so far, Trippier and Bruno. Striker and centre back are the next positions where we need that kind of quality imo.
Targett should be signed up, by all accounts it's £15m and a done deal. We then desperately need someone with football intelligence in the final third and a goalscorer. The owners probably have a huge number of options being explored here. We absolutely need a proper CDM as well and a CB to shore things up. If they're all at Bruno level, next season will be immense. From there it's just upgrading bit by bit, i.e. sell Almiron, buy Lemar. Sell Shelvey, buy Bellingham.
