it isn't actually as there is a £16bn write off for their Russian operations which have ceased . They are making a huge operating profit though due to the high demand .

The lady done well.......twas never illegal what they did anyway and councils cannot collect fines or forfeits so was only a scare tactic in first place as per usual with fines.
