He isn't the main man behind the scenes though. The DOF is now Murtough. The Chief Exec os now Arnold. Ralf was only ever going to have a consultancy role and the 4 (including ETH) are supposed to be working as a team to rebuild.
We'll see how that goes. He'll have moved on within 6 months imo.
