Truly can't see City dropping any points with that run-in. More likely we will. Nothing to do with jinxes, just pure, cold-hearted, dispassionate analysis, I'd be 'happy' if we pushed them all the way though. I also think if we meet City in the CL final (likely?), then they would deffo be 60% favourites. They rested key players in the FA semi-final - they won't do that in a CL final.
They have dropped points against teams they had no right dropping points again. They could again. I agree we're probably more likely to drop points than City... But I wouldn't be surprised if both us and City drop points. Watch it be the same weekend and we both drop the same number
Guardiola will do something like pick no striker (again) to show how clever he is and **** it up. (also again) If you lot play City in the CL final my money is on Liverpool, 100%
I will gladly give you my home, dog, pension, and kidneys of my firstborn to sell in China if that comes off. You heard it here first.
Yeah, fortunately we're in one final and advantage-us to get in another final... So we've got two solid chances to win more silverware... But certainly possible we lose both, both will be against solid opposition.
Hope you're right, but that is City's achilles' heel - Guardiola can be like oneof those 70's Prog Rock groups that have all the money and best musicians, but try to over-elaborate just to prove how innovative and smart they are - and you end up with Tales From Topographic Oceans.
What's the big match tonight then ? Wet Sham in the Europa or the Johnstones Paint Euro Trophy for little clubs like Leicester Tiitty. Maybe watch Rangers ?
