Well no he didn't score but has left the club. Amazing signs 2and half year deal at Colchester. Although has been a big let down glad he has left now and therefore we will not carry on paying his high wages.
Yeah not sure what to make of this one, although I have seen on twitter a lot of fans are delighted, and as gio states it releases his wages. I said right from the beginning that Akinde and Oliver as a pair does not work. He always seemed as though he had a lot to offer, so never really sure why we couldn't get this best out of him. Oh well, his chance is at Colchester now and I wish him all the best, be interesting to see if a change improves his socring ability.
Akinde didn't score again but did assist for new club Colchester to earn draw in 90th minute with 9 players
There's a shock. Steve Lovell did two things very well when he came back, brought in Conor Masterson and got Akinde off the books.
