You're right, it is a tragedy, but I save most of my sympathy for the civilians, mostly women, children and old people that are being deliberately butchered by Putin's war machine. So I celebrate the sinking of the Russian cruiser, though not its crew.
Fair enough….those who have never seen death in all it’s horror, often don’t realise how awful, painful and distressing it can be…..unfortunately I have….and I do.
Therefore I can’t find any reason to celebrate
To use an example of those in action, RAF pilots during the Battle of Britain celebrated each time they downed an enemy aircraft. Most of them did not think of the Luftwaffe pilot inside. They were destroying a force that was attacking them. Were they wrong?
They were part of the actual conflict and brave enough to actually do the dirty work…..whereas you are….errr…..not.
Anyway, I expected nothing else from the likes of yourself and others on here…..but some have surprised me

In all your posts, you've said not a word in sympathy for any Ukranian citizen, but get upset when an aggressor Russian cruiser is sunk. I think perhaps you are genuinely in denial as to where you're sympathies are, but on an objective view, it's obvious.

No, you haven't. But you seem to care disproportionately about the welfare of the individuals making up the Russian invading force. That's not a crime, it just seems to be where your sympathies lie. Anyway, Stainsey, you're entitled to place them where you wish. Free country...
