There's absolutely no chance that Everton will be docked points.
Dont care of they stay up or not tbh, the derbys just an excise for them to hack our lot to bits for 90mins so it wont be missed that much anyway.

Ironically, if Everton did go down, the best manager for the job of earning promotion would be Rafa. It's how he became famous originally in Spain by getting clubs promoted... And he's done it in England already once.

it wouldn't be until next year, and it wont happen anyway. Think Burnley, who are well run, and Watford may be pissed off if they go down and the ****e stay up though. Considering all the whining the BS fans made in 2010 that we were technically bankrupt- we weren't, we were legally owned by RBS as H&G has defaulted their loan - and. should have been docked points ( we'd have still stayed up anyway) they're rather more reticent to shout the odds over this cosy, opaque settlement they have with the League themselves. Wonder if Uzzy is still greasing palms in the background?

no it comes from the fact they have lost £100m+ for each of the last 3 years when the rules state a maximum loss of £105m in any 3 year period (though certain expenditure is ignored for the purpose of determining the loss e.g. Stadium upgrades ) but somehow it appears are alright with this after Everton warned them and agreed some financial constraints for this season . Have to say i almost expect them to make a loss in their next accounts unless they can somehow offload quite a few players .
