On Tuesday, 2 new businesses were registered at Companies House: Glasgow Rangers Limited and Glasgow Rangers Football Club Limited

This has led to speculation that Craig Whyte may be paving the way to put the club into administration should November's tax case go against us.

However, Rangers and Craig Whyte say that this has nothing to do with them and that they've no idea who created these companies.

Businessman creates two new 'Glasgow Rangers' companies

A Mr. Gerard Moran is listed as the sole director of both companies. Mr. Moran was unavailable for comment yesterday. Who is this Gerard Moran and what is he up to?
 
Its a load of ****e, i had a look at the details of one posted by tina yesterday and it said "previous business names" CELTIC FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED its just a bellend i reckon.
 
It was I who bought these names. I have lots of others too and at £20 a pop they are good value.

When Rangers do go down the Tubes I will hold domain over all the variants of the Rangers FC name meaning that Shifty Whyte will have to think of something else to call them or he can pay me good cash money to buy my company names.
 
25 point penalty when you go into administration even the Scottish referees couldn't get you out that hole

A 25 point deduction won't happen and the worst case scenario is a 10 point deduction.

Dundee were deducted 25 points because it was there second time in administration.
 
I suggest you go and read the daily ranger , it explains why it will be 25 points and I beleive if you go into administation you wont be allowed into next years champions league

Yes I read the story and rather than salavating over the sections were it mentions 25 point deduction it also mentioned that if Rangers go into administration before the tax case they could escape the extra penalty.

I think that Scottish papers love to run stories on the old firm on nothing more than speculation and conjecture, and as long as they are selling the papers and getting the hits online they will continue to run these types of scare monger stories.
