Sky sports have been desperate for Spurs to win all day, dicks. Oh well, let the little 6 have their day, they are numbered.
The wait for the three points that imo would lead to safety goes to another game. To me, the Everton result was more painful than today. Disappointing but I didn't expect points this afternoon.
We lost 5-1. Take a walk to the bathroom. Look in the mirror and then give yourself a good hard slap.
It’s in my mouth. And it’s staying there all night. I don’t like losing and I don’t like losing like that. P.S that 2nd half was worse than under Bruce.
He's only being critical which when you lose like that is acceptable. That was so bad that mate. When we do well Howe gets credit and when we lost 5-1 I can understand why GG is being critical. That's how it works
You're wasting your time because he's the type of person that criticised the previous manager even when the side won.
I just can’t see any positives in the performance and you could see it coming when they scored their first goal. Howe didn’t react. We went to 2-1 and it was clear we where losing the midfield battle. I get the Howe love for the most part but he needs to take this one on the chin. It might be a blessing in disguise.
I agree. And I’ve slated Bruce many a time for that type of performance so I’m being consistent. It’s Bruce’s fault this one.
All a question of perspective and not going OTT. Judging a manager and whining based on one performance as opposed to a series of performances and forgetting what we have achieved in a short space of time is just not acceptable. How would anyone else feel if you have achieved a lot in a short space of time at work and then you have a bad day and your boss starts giving you “flack”. No problem with people commenting but never could stand OTT reactions. They never help.
Personally I think we ran into Tottenham when they're playing the best football they've played all season. I don't think Howe could do much really we just got outclassed, but ultimately the buck stops with the manager and you're right to criticise. I feel like the players have up today though and again that's what Howe has to address. They've just let him down there.
1. Don’t think Howe could do much. 2. The players let him down. = 3. You’re right to criticise Howe. See the gaps in the logic?
I'm not going to listen to you boy me about that when you refused to credit bruce for finishing 12th and performing well for 11 games mate. That's the difference between me and you.. I just keep it simple and say well done when the sides doing well and vice versa There's no agenda I don't care who's in the dugout... Also I haven't criticised Howe I've defended GG from you.
No the fact remains that Howe is ultimately the manager and the buck stops with him. If you want to credit managers when the side does well then you there's nothing wrong with criticism of the manager when they lose. That's just fair and anything other than that is mental gymnastics.
