Seems like it was just a retaining fence that collapsed, doesn't look like anybody was injured. Looked really bad in real time
 
Did anyone else hear that uefa are deciding if Chelsea will be thrown out of the champions league if they aren't in the hands of new owners by the next game.

That mightve been a dream I'm not sure

Would be very surprised if they kick Chelsea out...
