I don't think so....Barnsley v Fulham on tv yesterday, ref gave the home team a penalty, it was never a penalty, hence why I assume they don't have VAR.

He didn’t lie, I did have Windy on ignore for a short while. The BS bit is that was the reason we don’t get on. He knows it and I know it.
