Goldie's always been very vocal about feminist issues. Very woke.
The definition of a woman matters and I'll stick my neck out and say it will be an issue at the next election. It's appearing increasingly high up in the media agenda. Here are some of the areas affected by the definition taken from a recent article:
1. Single-sex spaces.
2. Sport.
3. Female health.
4. Understanding violence against women
5. Making laws relating to women.
I once had an issue in a feminist I woke up with. She was quite vocal. (Goldie may have been in the wardrobe.)

I rather like that what’s become the ‘normal’ politics of left and right is being stretched in another way. The New Labour social engineering project, stolen from the SDPs in the 1980s, is becoming increasingly incompatible with their working class heartland voters, many of whom are realising that their instincts are small ‘c’ conservative and traditional. Meanwhile, much of what passes for Tory policy these days is somewhat left of what a (say) Labour government led by Jim Callaghan would’ve pursued. Things like Brexit have only served to highlight these things. Traditional working class people, whilst no doubt and rightly sympathetic towards what are still largely minority issues, have more pressing priorities than trying to agree on the definition of a woman or maybe to fight to legalise cannabis.
For the next few decades I think there’ll still be a lot of tension as individuals within the traditional parties begin to realise their deeply held beliefs are incompatible with the flag they’ve been waving. Or, at least, I hope that there will. Hopefully, enough will spin out of Labour and the Conservatives with sufficient credibility and appeal to adequately represent the substantial body of voters with similar outlooks. I’d love to see the demise of both parties in my lifetime.
I’ve always liked a bit of anarchy, revolution and organised chaos. I think it’s healthy in the long term and these witless knobheads all need to be turfed out sharpish.

Of course it’ll be an issue at the next election. All the people who pretend they want to vote for a centre-left party but find spurious reasons to reject Labour will need to justify their next Tory vote.

No. Why do I pay sky high taxes for **** public services if the government expect me to take in a vulnerable Ukrainian? We have a huge charity sector in this country to fill the void left by a government unwilling to help those who need it.
