    Three today.

For future reference ‘Norse’ is not a recognised word in Wordle.

Doing this is a guarantee that I won’t get Alzheimer’s, right?

There have been some really amazing used plastic sculptures. The beauty of glass is how the colours change during the light of the day, and light and shade. Which is why I am so drawn to the external sculptures. A large 2 metre sculpture is in the throes of finishing in collaboration with a known metal sculptor. Good news is I have pieces that have been accepted for a sculpture park and have been asked to provide someone with a couple of medium sized sculptures for Chelsea Flower Show this year. It’s mad busy at the moment.

There was one recycled sculpture in Portsmouth that caught my eye, where the sculptor made a huge wire fish and people were encouraged to fill the fish with plastic bottles (which were then recycled - it is amazing now to see textiles made of recycled plastic bottles). Great image of sea and the fish being filled with waste plastic by the people who actively engaged with all of the elements.

You’ll be pleased to know that the lads who thought visiting the rough end of Greenock and Coatbridge during a hurricane was a good idea voted Brondby much worse than either of them. It is a truly post apocalyptic place, hard to believe it’s Denmark. The new town gone completely wrong. And the bars…….the Jeppe V is what they call a ‘bodega’, a bar which doesn’t serve food and is below a certain size so you can smoke in it. This one is a concrete bunker in the station precinct. No windows. When we went in we brought the average age down by a few years. And our average age is 60. Not only are you allowed to smoke, here it seems it was compulsory. I had a headache after 5 minutes and I’m an ex smoker. However the beer was very cheap. But we only had one. No reviews on Trip Advisor.

Closer to the stadium we found the Hovsa Bodega. Looked lovely.

However, this place sold nothing but bottles and shots, also very cheap, nothing on tap, and was very crowded indeed. Because it is the pre match meeting place for the Brondby ultras., who favour the dress in black shaven head look. No trouble at all (although I did tell one of my colleagues who was wearing a Leicester shirt, to do his jacket up just in case), and they all left en masse about an hour and a half before kick off. The younger crowd didn’t feel compelled to smoke quite as much as the veterans in the Jeppe V. Lightweights, they’ll never achieve that parchment thin grey skin look without putting the hard yards in. I won’t be bereft if I don’t get the chance to return though. Despite the very positive reviews on trip advisor, all from locals who happen to like BrondbyIF.

Any fans of the History Channel/Amazon show Vikings that finished a year ago? There's a new show made by the same people, Vikings: Valhalla...based on events 100 years after the end of the original show. It's really good. Starts with the St Brices Day massacre of the Danes in England in 1002 by King AEthelred the Unready which led to a new wave of Viking attacks on England, led by Canute.

Really well made with great battle scenes. Most of the actors pretty much unknown, but it's well scripted so there's no problems with the acting.

Not sure if I'm allowed to ask for recommendations on here - but struggling for a good TV series.

Would quite like something that is reasonable high quality but slightly mindless - Jack Reacher is the best example of what I've watched recently of what I mean. Any ideas?

Mainstream and obvious, I know, but if you haven't watched Peaky Blinders, you really should. The final season has just started and I already want to watch it all again from the start.

Alice in Borderland is a Japanese one I've just finished - very good.

Have you seen Gomorrah? Final season was out just before Christmas, one of the best shows ever
