You have to meet certain requirements and will be asked to attend an interview.. After that you're fighting for freedom.

I'll let you know what the crack is as my volunteer is in.... If they'll have me I'm on my ****ing way son.

Considered joining the British Army reserve as an alternative? At least you’ll get some training and will be part of the deterrent. Untrained volunteers who don’t speak the language or know the country sound like a recipe for disaster to me.

I suspect there will be a lot of Ex-squaddies signing up to go. Maybe the one good thing to come out of the butchering of our armed forces in the last few decades.

There's loafs joining up... I don't know I suspect I won't meet requirements, but I'm young, strong, fit and If they say yes I'm going.

Like I say my volunteer is in... I suspect they'll be asking for some military experience.. Also I don't know what the financial requirements are.. If imagine you'll need a decent bank balance.. I'll let people know what they're asking for on here.

Whether I have the minerals is another thing. It's all well thinking you'll be brave enough, but I bet when you'll never know just what you're getting yourself into..
