Swamp,you made your "first post" on this Board,No.19,asking the residents to "be nice please".

Well,I think it's fair to say that you received a warm welcome,and that your hopes were fulfilled.

It is sad to see that you have taken it upon yourself to query a post by Dragon,which was aimed,not at you,but at one of your peers whose behaviour,yet again,has been atrocious.

It is even sadder to see,that by not condemning profit's more outrageous offerings, you have fallen into the same trap as many,(most),other Cardiff posters,i.e.,that whatever he posts is O.K.by you.

Your query of Dragons post would have had some degree of credibility had you previously questioned/condemned your own posters excesses.

The fact that you chose not to do so,says a lot about you.

Don't be surprised if your next visit is not so hospitable.
 
Hmm....not having a go at anyone, Vetch but DPJ's comment was near the knuckle. Only saying....

Swamp is usually fine to be fair.
 
Well of course it was HTR, it was meant to be, if he can give it out, then he can have some of it back, though my response was measured, which can't be said for Prof's, and if he doesn't stop his drivel, there will be a lot more, before this thread is closed!.............

RE "jewboy" comment , i dont see a problem with it , too much political correctness these days. i think DPJ was very reserved TBH !! :)

Think your spot on. We should have won! We bottled it from about 70 mins. I said to my mate down the pub that the nerves had got to us because on 72 mins I said to him that all we were doing is booting the ball away now. We couldnt keep hold of it in the middle which meant we couldnt get it wide. We were just lumping it upto Graham. From about 85 mins you may expect it but with 20 mins to go i told him if we concede one we aint going home with all 3 points. Whether it was nerves or a piss poor substitution in taking off Britton for Orlandi i dont know but we can do that too many times in the premiership

A valuable and hopefully not costly lesson was learnt
 
I agree with you HTR,but I wish one bloob would have the courage to criticise profit when he is at his most foul.

I took some stick here,and I am trying to be less confrontational,but he has persisted with his abuse,and I will reply in kind,again,if he persists.

There were lots of threads posted by Swans fans on what happened Saturday, including the Matchday Thread. It was debated to death. Yet he chose to start a thread titled 'What went wrong?' Why not just contribute on the existing threads? Plenty to choose from.

Just like NJ I've got no problem with him disliking us. The feeling's mutual, but this guff makes me want to vomit. If they get promoted and we get relegated he'll be like a pig in ****. Just wish he had the balls to say so. At least you know where you are with Hughs!

Hate to play devil's advocate here (who am i kidding i love it) but this is not 'our' board, im sure its every members board, its just about Swansea and therefore going to be more likely filled with Swans fans.

Im sure im not the only one who hates it HTR, im willing to bet that a lot of people have started avoiding this site and no longer posting due to the need by some to give him the 'treatment' he deserves. I've been a member here for a while and on the old 606, maybe not as long as some of you (approx 4 years) but what astounds me is that every little comment that has ever been made never gets dropped (not including what seem to be the nastier comments that have been mentioned...i am steering well clear from them)

I do try most of the time to provide a balanced post (apart from if i've had a drink when i post lol) so therefore not being a target but im sure you are right i would be a bit pissed off if people got personal seeing as i dont know them , they dont know me and this is a sports forum, but i'd like to think it would get to the point where I would just ignore them and not drag everything up everytime a post is made! As for being 'qualified to comment' i wasnt sure i needed to have reasons for why i want to post on a open public forum!

A large part of me doesn't believe him but a part of me does lol. I like to see the good in people see :) I believe that the post was tongue in cheek and i havent got a problem with that. We all do it. Iv seen some of the comments on the cardiff boards and your about as hated over there as prophet appears to be here. Everyone needs to take a chill pill!

As for them being pig in **** if that did happen then why not? its football and this is a place for hearty banter. I know if the roles were reversed id be a pig in **** about it, especially seeing as t would of been them to be the first welsh team in the premier league, but deep down i know i would have only been doing it out of jealously ;) haha

Did not think much of Orlandi in the championship, ok but wont set the prem on fire, 15 mins to go bring on Lita, lots of strength and more importantly fire in his belly. Rest Sinclair and not always Dyer but he does take some knocks in fairness. Miss Pratley
