I think the rules say 'bottom of the shirt sleeve' or some such ****e. If it hits the arm then it's handball imo.
As for VAR, all it's good for is laughing at the oppo when it ****s them over.
You need to go specsavers, age seems to have ****ed your eyes if you think an elbow and shoulder look the same.
It was against West Ham, and even i could see it was onside as soon as they showed the replay.
