I think people are getting too hung up on the use of some of these terms. When they refer to the "model" they are trying to highlight that the way the club is set up now is different to the traditional British "model" of one all powerful manager, controlling everything associated with the first team.

Fair enough. But they have made rather too much of it perhaps.

To be fair to Evans , first half our midfield two looked quite solid and I had hope. Second half he might as well have been a blow up doll. I wonder if he’s not training to avoid injury and isn’t fit enough?

Yep. Second half players were just running off him, and the youngun, who was very good earlier suffered I thought.

But we needed another experienced body there.

I agree but apparently Roy Keane met the players and staff Friday so, who's know what's when on during the last couple of days

Bloody hell!!

They only had to meet him and they played like that?

Hoping hes gonna fetch a CB with him or just let's the lads attack attack attack. Still think we should be blowing teams away in this league, and with the team we have.

I’m not having that mind, no way would that not have got out as public knowledge if he’d met the players last Friday.

It is pretty hard to believe mind. Almost impossible to keep that one dark you'd think.
