Supernorwich23. What a dimwitted, big-headed know-all you must be. With people like you around, I really hope Norwich go down - to other good Norwich fans I am sorry, you have a good team (good enough to stay up), but some of your fans are straight off the Leeds board.
I read the original article, thought aint it just right that QPR got a lucky win, and here they are on our boards bragging it large. But then everyone seems to be answering with a bit of decency until Supernorwich23!!! So QPR fans don't count your chickens, we are certainly not, we just have to look a few weeks ahead - the games don't get easier!!
So fella, we have played 9 games, that is one more than 8 and 29 less than the end of the season. In other words - THERE IS A HELL OF A LONG WAY TO GO, and it is all about who about us we can beat. We are aiming to stay up, 17th would do, but to ensure this we have to win those games that are important. Finishing 6th is a fantasy, all we want is to try and finish above three others. Now if those include Norwich & QPR or not we do not care as long as there are three below us.
WE HAVE 29 MORE GAMES TO ENSURE THIS. There are 38 games in a season not 9, so good luck to Norwich and QPR, I hope you are not below us - but let the best teams escape.

Hit the road predicted Norwich to get relegated sighting a fade in form later on, he is entitled to that opinion... I predict a Swansea relegation on the grounds of a terrible away record stretching back to last season.... You can launch a personal attack on me if it makes you happy , i really am not concerned pal:emoticon-0118-yawn:

I would also like to hope that all three sides stay up. I am super confident that QPR will do that. We haven't really started playing yet but have shown some real quality as well as some dreadful stuff . I like both Swansea and Norwich and the way we all three play the game when we are at our best. It will however come down to results ... Fulham result was a blessing for us ... If we perform against Spurs next Sunday then it should be a good sign that we have the minerals
We all deserve to stay up

Bolton are struggling and lack a goal scorer. Norwich, i think they will survive. I included a post yesteday on their site and they have players, that are huge names but are out to prove they can cut the mustard, one in particlar in Grant Holt is someone i think will score the goals to keep them up. Blackburn whom I still think will go down do have a lot of premieship players and in their defence Samba and Robinson, who, if they stay will provide alot of fight for that team. Wigan depends on Hugo (cannot think of the surname of the striker) and if he goes in Jan they will struggle. Having not seen alot of Swansea, and going by what I have read only, they play good football but sometimes lack a killer touch (mind you so do many in the top league). It will be interesting to see how they play when the pitches get heavy. QPR, I can see us surviving as NW will spend in transfer window. i do not know what the finances are like at either Swansea or Norwich, but I have to confess that I would love to see all three promoted teams survive and at least one "bigger" premier team to go down.along wth two other non promoted teams.....especially one owned by foreigners bearing in mind the crap that came out recently about not having relegation from the premier league

Anger Management, didn't Hollywood make a film on that? Anyway back to the thread, I think that where all our teams are placed at the moment, will be pretty much how things will look at the end of the season, though maybe Norwich and QPR will be a little lower down the table. Swansea have had a tough start to overcome, and injuries in key areas hasn't helped, but I think Swansea will be ok, and I feel confident that we will sort our away form out, matter of fact, had Rodgers not taken two key players off the pitch on Saturday, then we would have had our first away win, but he's on a learning curve as well. Norwich was the team I thought that would be the one to struggle, as they don't seem to be such a cohesive unit as QPR and Swansea, but they have surprised me with their battling qualities, though I'm still not convinced that they will be as strong come end of season. There is a long way to go, and new years eve may provide us with a different picture, but I think that all three clubs can take some comfort in the fact that there are sufficient number of teams worse than us, who will be propping up the table, Wigan, Wolves, Blackburn, and Bolton all look dodgy, so let's hope that we can all at least keep our injuries to a minimum, and stay up at least this season, to defy all the odds!........................

As all QPR fans would know, we have performed way below our usual standard and haven't really got going yet, and at the moment are struggling to score. Yet we still sit 10th. Come the end of the season, we will be fine. I fully expect Norwich to stay up but worry about Swansea as the season draws to a close.

Not sure about this away form thing. The only time we've actually played really badly this season is at Norwich and the last 10 minutes against Wolves on Saturday. The other teams we've played away have all been contenders for the title. As DPJ says, it may well start to click with us away from home, particularly when Caulker and Agustien come back from injury. Don't write us off just yet.

The last time we were in the Prem ,we didn t win a single away game... As the season went on it became a real barrier for the players i believe and was a major factor in our relegation.... I like Swansea and if you start winning away ,you have a great shout at staying up....
My earlier post was a pop at you for tipping us to drop down, i really have no idea why the other guy got a bug up his arse, probably blowing a 2 goal lead smarted a bit?<ok>

My dear chap, suggest you go back to the start and re-read from there. As I said in my comment, I started thinking basically why are QPR on our board - ah 'cos they won. Fair play they got a result, but the LAST thing I expect on the board was your comment: "sorry Swansea are crap away from home and will get relegated.... QPR can buy their way out of danger in January, Lambert is God and a top 6 finish is not unthinkable".
Rather an outlandish statement ... okay it may be your opinion ... but if one of us came on your board and said similar - what would you do? Yes we should have beaten Wolves, yes we should have played better at Norwich, could we have played better at Man City, Chelsea & Arsenal. Not a bad three games away from home to start the season.
So if I have a 'bug up my arse', just be careful one doesn't land on your 'ead, 'cos you'll know where it came from. Your choice of words do upset people, even if it is your opinion. My comments may get up your nose - I just hope no-one pulls the plug on your parade.
Good luck for the rest of the season, I really mean it, oh and yes you still have to come to the Liberty, hope you don't need the points to stay up!!!!!

my worry would be that you lost 11 away games last season - you don't seem to have figured out a reliable way to play away. of course, that could all change and you have undoubtedly had a very tough start away from home (although norwich have played chelsea, man utd and liverpool away too). i don't buy the injury thing either. again, norwich have lost their defensive pairing this season and have relied on a full back to play centre half. as supernorwich says, we have been in a similar situation where we just couldn't get that win away from home and we went a whole season without one. i see startling resemblances between us then and the swans now. its nothing personal, just my point of view. i'd still like to see us all survive but feel swansea are the weakest <ok>

You are kidding right? Look at where Norwich have come from. That has all been done by Paul Lambert coming in and ensuring that we are the most cohesive unit I have probably ever seen. A team of 'nobodies'.

The sum of our team comes to so much more than the idividual parts. Hard graft and teamwork is what has got us to where we are now. That is what makes your comment there the most ridiculous thing I have read in ages. We may have many weaknesses, but cohesion is certainly not one of them.

This is a multi board thread so hit the roads prediction that we would get relegated was on our board too............... Chill out sweetheart, you need a cool head in the big boys league<whistle>

Come on people,Swansea,Norwich and QPR are the new kids on the block.
Most people fancy some,if not all,of us,to return to The Championship.
Hopefully,we will confound the pundits, and all survive. That's my wish, anyway, since I have no axe to grind against either QPR,or Norwich.
It would be nice if we gave each other some moral support now and again. Can't do any harm,eh?

I call them as i see them, QPR have money to strengthen in January and Swansea struggle on their travels, Norwich are a strong unit that score goals with an incredibly tactically aware manager........ Its a footy forum not a victim support meeting.....:emoticon-0108-speec
