    Match Preview;
So a week away from league action, as we look to continue our cup run. What a wonderful phrase that is...cup run. Our opposition, Peterborough, have lost four and drawn one of their last five. Their last win was in the cup, a 2-1 victory against Bristol Rovers on January 8th. Their last league win was on the 11th December, a 2-1 win against Millwall, but they did only play three times in December. Their top scorers are Siriki Dembélé and Jonson Clarke-Harris, both with five goals each.

As for us, form wise we are the opposite of Peterborough. We've now won four and drawn one of the last five...a run that has pushed us well into the playoffs and within touching distance of the automatic promotion spots. All that is irrelevant come Saturday though, as this is a cup game, and as we well know, anything can happen in the cup. It says a lot though, about the place the club is in, that 4,000 fans are making the journey to Peterborough on Saturday. Brilliant support, hats off to those who'll be there, and hope you see a cup tie to remember.

    Team News:
QPR: Jordan Archer will miss out for the R’s, whilst Sam McCallum is edging closer to a return, with the returning Ilias Chair and new signing Jeff Hendrick also likely to be involved.

Peterborough United: Callum Morton is cup-tied, Dan Butler, Jack Taylor and Harrison Burrows will miss out, whilst Ollie Norburn may return.

    Pre-match talk:
Mark Warburton (QPR Manager): “The Players have to be excited by the FA Cup. It's the unknown, when the draw is made - you wait to see who you're drawn against.

"It's the oldest and most fantastic club cup competition in the world. It's a privilege to be involved in it and I've said to the squad that I hope we can deliver a good performance for the very large away support we have going to the game tomorrow.

Darren Ferguson (Peterborough Manager): “QPR are a good side, we saw that in the game between the two sides earlier in the season, but we have beaten them before and that will give us confidence. It has been a challenging month, there is no getting away from that, but we have a break from the pressures of the league and we want to go as far as we can in this competition.

It should be a good atmosphere, they have sold out their end and our sales are good, so hopefully it will be a really good occasion,”

    ...COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!

For all the crud that we had to put up with in that period where our club was seriously and serially mismanaged, the 1-0 win against Chelsea at home was just glorious. What a brilliant atmosphere. Would love the same again but in the cup.

I was working at the time with a fella who had a home and away Chelsea season ticket. He said he'd never known as hostile an atmosphere anywhere.

I still smile when I visualise Lampard, Mata et al scared of taking a corner over by Ellerslie.
After years of us being scared of them when they take over our ground, even in a friendly.

There can never be another game like that with that much emotion from normally such placid people. Genuinely it was like we were playing against Nazi Germany in 1943.

Years of being bullied and we reacted.

What year was that? Will live in memory alongside the 6-0, friendly win (Leroy Griffiths) and Eddie N falling over at the bridge in semi final.

RIP our goalscorers and Robbie James who crossed for Macca's header.

Yep. Had bought season tickets for me and my two lads.
It was their first taste of a Chelsea game. I told them what it would be like, especially with us newly promoted.
However, they simply couldn't believe the level of noise and hostility that day.
Some of Chelsea's overseas players were visibly shaken by it.
