i mean lesser teams than the likes of charlton the 2 sheff clubs preston and huddersfield.if wycombe are gonna stay in this division we need to take points off teams like yeovil, walsall, exeter etc.if we beat one of the big teams in the division its a bonus like it was with sheff utd.
any charlton fans going by car and want to make a quick getaway after the game a word of warning dont park your car in hillbottom road ,thats the road where the ground is ,it takes about 40 minutes to get out you are better off parking in one of the car parks before you get to hillbottom road and then walk down to the ground.as for boozers the town centre is best for that but its at least a half hour walk to the ground but you can get a taxi from the high street for about 6 quid.there is a pub near the ground the hourglass which welcomes away fans but its pretty basic.have a good and safe journey but dont enjoy the game too much eh
ps if you want a strippers pub the white horse on the west wycombe road is alright and they let away fans in too but get your pound coins ready when you get in there
I arrived in Wycombe an hour ago. I have a cousin who lives in the Booker part of the town, near The Squirrel. I shall walk down to the ground about 6. In the meantime, I will be checking out the book shops in the town centre. 3-0 to the Addicks. COYR!
Why go to Wycombe for the White horse strip pub when there's one by the same name in Shoreditch. £1 a dance!!!
