it does sounds tempting doesn't it, except parachute money doesn't equal prem money... and it requires an immediate bounce back - which as many have found out isn't a guarantee for a side with a losing habit. Payments reduce over the three year span (talk also of it being replaced with another less financially favourable scheme). Meanwhile you're not so interesting for investors etc. Before you know it you're in league 1 with sunderland wondering how the fck it happened to us again

It took us a damn long time to get back to the prem, I for one don't want to see the champonship again. Better to rebuild in the prem and refresh and try to improve year on year.
That I agree with 100% fck the championship

It’s no surprise we won’t sign anyone in this window. Not when we have a coach who throughout his career waits until the summer to commit to staying for another year.

The pull of ‘wanting to play for Bielsa’ is negated by the uncertainty of whether he’ll still be in charge for next season.

Said for a while mate not only is it a hard window to buy in but players signing want to know what the future holds. The club also don't want to splash cash in players a future manager may not want. I guess that's why bielsa doesn't do January buys with the way he works his contract. Still hoping for a loan at least.

Reactions: FORZA LEEDS
I doubt we'll get any new players. On the brightside, Bamford and Phillips coming back will be a big boost. I think we're better than the teams below us and that we'll stay up. It'll be rocky but at least it'll be interesting

Philips said he's looking at March but not which week. We could be in the bottom three by then. Because as tidy as Forshaw is he creates nothing. What happens if bamford takes forever to come back.

All 6'7" of him with a one goal in every two games strike rate in the Bundersliga
I’m genuinely very concerned at those around us all looking stronger yet we’ve lost one gained nobody. Newcastle have signed another striker as well.

Back in November/December we were desperate for January to arrive so that we could strengthen, it’s astonishing how we’ve acted through this window

30 min wait for scum tickets, but got 6 in the end so worth it.
Well done Shacks.

Thank god I have my season-ticket.

Struggling for away tickets this season, In 59 years watching Leeds I've not had many problems acquiring tickets home or away.

The away days at Swindon, Wycombe, Cheltenham, Sutton, Carlisle, etc & all the championship grounds are now a distant memory.

It wasn't so long ago that members could get up to 9 tickets. I used to have a ST but it wasn't making financial sense because I could only get over 5 or 6 times. It's a pity the club didn't have the sell back in those days.

I truly believe we'll stay up, that is pending on Raphinha staying fit though as he is involved in the majority of our goals.

We need 8 to (10 max) points in our remaining 17 games to be safe, imo.

If we can't acquire that target, we don't deserve to stay up.

Aye, the price of success.

Only done, Newcastle, Norwich & Spurs aways, no thanks to LUFC, all courtesy of good mates.

Should be ok for Wycombe away tickets next season

I'm not sure that the bielsa pull is all that strong now. If Inwereva 19 year old and very good would I really want to come to Leeds just to warm the bench very few games as required to be part of the subs bench. How do you improve with no game time.
