But a fine player. WTF. Tragic. Players in the 80's would have got away with all this. Players now have clubs, agents, advisers and God knows what - and still insist on putting their cock in a girl who says no when they're a speed dial from a brass who'll do it for a fraction what the stupid, arrogant ****s would pay in lost career. I mean ffs, give Rooney his due - when he couldn't get what he wanted, he ****ing prozzies (of various ages). I think the pious commentators of the left (apart from me) should recognise that - Rooney never raped anybody. Consenting adults and all that.
Agents and advisers are only interested in the commercial side. Some wide boy in a suit is neither interested or knowledgable enough to guide or develop players in personal relationships. Especially not someone who clearly has some psychological problems towards women. Clubs to some extent are weaker now than they were. The only thing they can do is either offer counselling or cut a player loose, terminate his contract if they know he's involved in any such abuse. Tbh a club is probably motivated to intervene as much if a player has consensual sex with a catalogue of brasses as they would if they're involved in domestic abuse. I'm not saying it's right but they're driven by the same motivation of self preservation by both.
Young. hormonal player shags a brass, then so what? May not be what his shirt-sponsors want. but **** that. But .... jeez, losing perspective now.
I was expecting to sign on here this morning, and see this thread in total chaos, but it appears Chief, Diego and Trebs have slapped you all back into line.
Any backlash from fans with that amount of evidence would be truly bizarre but I imagine they exist. Why make a statement at all though, just leave it play out now and support your family.
I aint getting into it cos tbh I think it's a much more serious issue than using it to beat utd as a club with. If utd have covered or whatever for him then Yeh OK they deserve to be rinsed absolutely but I fear all clubs have this going on
He mightve killed himself. No twatter activity after a Tirade of 'i don't wanna be here anymore' tweets the week before.
The treatment of women is a massive problem in the UK, way bigger than Manchester United. Take a read of this story I found in a Kent rag yesterday, now the MP involved, spoke out about transgender ie she was brave and took an opposite stance, that led to the upset of the transgender community. Good on her for having a view. Now recently it's been in the news a lot about the protection of MP's particularly women MP's, yet despite promises by parties to protect women....well have a read mate... https://www.kentonline.co.uk/canter...ng-future-in-party-amid-obsessive-har-261573/ As you will have seen, it seems common place to abuse someone even if only verbally or in type, who holds a different opinion, and what do the political parties do about it, absolutely nothing. So i'd be finger pointing everywhere, not just at an individual football club. So much so, for her own safety, she is seriously having to consider having to give up politics. This is where her problems started... https://news.sky.com/story/labour-m...-end-to-factionalism-and-intolerance-12412356 I know none of that is domestic abuse, but because we do nothing about cases like that, it leaves it unchallenged and is as good as saying, it's OK.

I think there is a clause in his contract that allows him out if we get relegated, but it's a last desperate shot to stay up.
