KLD had to be really convinced not to pull the plug in the summer and they agreed that top 2 had to be realistic aim at all times.

I guess this tells us a little bit about what KLD is all about for those that have doubted his commitment and influence around the club.
I assume the recruitment team still in place and that will still continue with Speakman?
