Tottenham's transfer window is going from bad to worse after they were rejected by highly-rated non-league winger Oliver Tanner. Spurs boss Antonio Conte has made no secret of his desire for reinforcements this month, and has regularly complained about the lack of quality in his squad.
A statement from Isthmian League Premier Division Lewes read: "Lewes Football Club would like to confirm that whilst the club and a Premier League club agreed a deal in principle for the transfer of Ollie Tanner, Ollie and the Premier Club were not ultimately able to agree personal terms and he remains a Lewes FC player.

Me too tbh. The way he’s playing doesn’t say to me that he wants out.

Probably better chance of lifting some kind of silverware.

Fair play to the recruitment team, after being turned down by Pesic and Tosun we were running out of options but domestically Forss is probably the best we could have got.

If we can get Pelkas and Sess too, that would be exceptional.

All the recruitment seems really sensible though, we are spending good money but not crazy money and appear to be getting good value.

I can't wait to see how Allahyar does

His performance on Saturday shows me he’s here to fight and keep his place under the new regime. I’ve always thought Fleming was deserving of a run of games in this squad. I think he offers something different to Elder. Fleming reminds me a lot of Dudgeon.
Agreed his footwork accurate passing were a pleasure and he fitted in so well with a young squad. He’s never been fully first team for so a few more games and he will get even better
