I think there is at least one club we would want to go down instead of either of us (No Names) I said on a different thread how sad it is that in the Prem we almost pray that there are at least three clubs who have a worst season than we do If it is reduced to 18 clubs it will be even worse
I know mate I'm a fan it's not something I was wishing in you or other fans, but If it's nufc or Watford then obviously I'm going to hope nufc stay up. If nufc and Watford stay up great. We all care mate everyone has a right to want their club to do well.. There's no set of fans that deserves anything any more than any other.. Thanks for the beat down though it's all good as far as I'm concerned.. Hope I've explained myself anyway
We both have the same problem, we care about our clubs because we watch them and cheer them no matter how good or bad we are doing
Er excuse me! Hang on mate....you only started defending Bruce after I gave you a slap, before that, your chops were rattling faster than Klopps on steroids.
I credited Bruce for the good spells and criticised during the bad spells. That's essentially what the thread is all about.. Some fans wouldn't even say well done when we were winning.
Football for me has just gone crazy, you've got a Premiership, an FA cup and a League Cup, add in the Champions League, so that's four trophies, and everyone thinks they are entitled to a piece. What happened to just enjoying football. I'll be more than likely be rekindling my love of L2 next season, and you lot think you have problems.
Well actually my case that's not entirely true because I boycotted during the Ashley reign. I never stopped caring and I started going again before the takeover.. Leeds home was the 1st back because I realised the club sale was pending and thought stating up would be decisive.. In the end it went through not long after much to my surprise.
There are many once mighty clubs in the Championship and League 1 who would love to be where we are That eases the current pain
Spot on mate it's every fan base crying if they don't win something or lose a game or 2. There's only a few pots..having had 14 years on relegations and trying to survive I can honestly say I'm happy to support the club simply if it's trying... I do worry that in a few years our fans forget where we've been for the last few decades and where we were before Keegan. I went to see us losing to Millwall in th old second division before the Keegan years. I've seen it all but never seen a cup in my ****ing life.. I might never.
doesnt matter what league it’s being played in, would watch Everton no matter what. Our fans have this sense of entitlement, it’s sickening. asking think that as they buy a ticket that they also should have a say in how some billionaire runs his club? when Rafa came in, was the only time of buying my own ST where I didn’t go. They had my money, but could go to **** if I was turning up with him in charge. Enjoyed watching Sheff U and Rotherham to be fair.
I have been to two FA Cup finals and they did not go too well but cheering your team out onto the pitch lasts forever We have won two playoff finals as well, which beats being promoted as second
Yeah I know mate we've lost about 5 times at Wembley since we last won something We even lost the charity shield match 4-1. Maybe if I'm lucky we might lose there a couple more times.
Just comforting myself that Watford have won three divisional championships and two play off finals which means we have trophies in our cabinet
