Sorry Ben but if you see some of the BBC’s reporting as ‘sharing’ information then we are worlds apart on interpretation of standards and motivation .
I’m starting to think some supporters of this club can’t make their minds up over Grant. If he does know what’s happening and is happy with his settlement then it is what it is. Would be surprised if he didn’t get another job pretty soon which will make the payoff all the sweeter. It’s football and this is how it works. There are some “ Top” managers that have made a fortune out of failing. Laughable at times.
I've shared nothing that I haven't checked I'm ok sharing. I think what I've done on here is night and day compared what the media are doing ATM. I've never acted like I'm desperate to see someone sacked etc
Question for you... Do you think it's fair and right the way the local media are being with grant on this?
Not to the specific detail that some of these ITKers divulge. HT2 has been telling people since last November that GM was on his was & was happy with the compo.
He, & others, have been sharing confidential info for months, most of it speculative. Pretty much what the BBC are doing now. But they think the BBC are “out of order”
When you’ve shared confidential info you’ve been given the heads up by Allam & Acun to share it?
When you shared details of GM’s departure GM gave his approval to do so?
You had a source, the worst kind. A sneaky untrustworthy one. I encountered them regularly in my working life. All similar types.
What you’ve done for the last six+ months is no better, or worse than what the BBC are doing. The only difference is that it’s their job to do it, you do it through choice.
They’re sharing gossip & speculating. Just as the ITKers on here have been doing.
Edit: my point is more to do with the hypocrisy of the ITK crowd is ho are now calling out the BBC for doing exactly what they do themselves.

The local media's job isn't to make themselfs look foolish and desperate and act they way they have done in their which hunt towards grant.

Some are because it suits them to have a dig, but as with most of their posts, it's says more about them then anyone else
