Should have been a penalty on him. He had his feet clipped. Ref gave him nothing all game.

But there wasn’t a bad performance yesterday and that’s important. You could see the effort was there.

Howe got it spot on and it’s s very good result at s very good time.
If we’d only got a 0-0 I’d be ****ing furious about that ASM penalty decision - I just don’t get how any human eyes can’t see it as a clear foul

I had not realised that it was Kevin Friend on VAR that didn’t give our penalty. And that same Kevin Friend who GAVE Liverpool theirs.

Dodgy!

It is starting to appear that the big teams are getting decisions the rest of us don't. I mean the Liverpool one yesterday compared to Ederson on Fraser, I mean come on man???

How can ASM's on Saturday not be a penalty? The defender doesn't touch the ball, clears out ASM (who probably goes down a bit theatrically), inside the box, there can be no other decision than a penalty surely? They brushed over this on MOTD yesterday with Murphy just saying "not sure how it's not given" - I'm sure Shearer would have blown a gasket if asked about it. I hope someone somewhere is making a note of all these crazy decision and puts together a compilation of them at the end of the season, not just for us but a few teams in the bottom half of the league have had multiple incidents themselves.

You would love to sit them down and show them the 2 incidents(Fraser+Jota) and ask them what's the difference? Uncomfortable viewing I'd imagine.

Me
I have been watching these decisions for years now
And it's quite clear they do NOT even themselves out over a season

Yea, but Albert was at the game and didn't see a single one

so, i dunno who to believe

the local drunk hanging around the bogs, or the professionals?

he was ****. The professionals weren’t getting crushed in the stands we were. We were there.
