I did actually read a rumour the other day that said Rafa refused to sell Digne to us in case he ever came back.

Then there's the Longstaff to Everton calamity.

Sweeping changes with what exactly? Until we can get signings in the door he’s stuck with what he’s got.

How many albeit restricted transfer windows did Bruce have? Howe isn’t half way through his first and it’s a Jan window trying to bring players to a relegation place team with a reputation of having unlimited cash. Give the bloke a chance.

FFS Rafa IS NOT THE ANSWER.

Rafa was only tolerated here because he had the balls to call out Ashley - without that - he was another no mark nothing manager in a long list that includes Mclaren, Pardew and Allardyce.

His football was ****, his signings were ****, and his loyalty was ****. Let him wait for the Tranmere job to come up.

I'm Howe out sorry... I wasn't ever really bruce out because I feared the next manager would sign donkeys. Howe's signings at Bournemouth and their relegation was a bad one

It's getting worse and I saw him sulking yesterday .

    He's just another Bruce

The bit in bold means he would get sacked hardly anywhere - apart from Watford as DPP says

His football was defensive, but for the first and only time, I felt like we had a good defence. These same defenders are all over the place now.

His signings were good and did the job, he's massively better than McClaren, Fat Sam, Allardyce etc.

I'd definitely take him right now.

There would certainly be questions everywhere with a run like that.

Palace sacked De Boer after 4 games cos he lost them all.

    Ranieri at Watford

Looks like they're pretty lenient with him there actually.

Our fans are brilliant. Lets sack Howe because he took on a poisoned chalice and appoint a guy doing an even worse job elsewhere and recently sacked. With thinking like this lets just be glad the fans don't make these decisions. He's ****ing useless.

That was at the start of the season when he had been given a full window to build his team and wasn't inheriting someone else's mess mid-season. It was still a crazy decision though after such a short period of time.
