I think they’d be better off if he stays. His strength was he got through to ordinary people, traditional Labour voters who thought he was one of them, he never was it was all an act, now the truth is starting to come out. It serves their purpose to undermine him, but would be better for them if he stays.

There is NO WAY Johnson will resign. He will cling onto power as long as he possibly can.
I suspect that there will be a 'Vote of No Confidence' which will unseat him - that is the only way we will see the back of him before 2024.
My only worry is that when (if) that happens then we could see him replaced with either Gove or Rees-Mogg - the only 2 candidates that are WORSE than BJ.

Out of the whole bunch of twats, the only bearable front-benchers for me would be Sunak and Javid - I don't know much about Amber Rudd, but she is being compared in the press to Margaret Thatcher - which would make her a 'marmite' character in the extreme - and I'm not sure the UK is ready for another one of those........

#johnsonout (There you go RP - I've said it at last!!!)

Sorry guys, again probably on my own here, (not for the first time!!) but even with all of his faults, I still like Boris.......No one else from all in the Tories and certainly not from those other showers of sh!t, would I rather lead the Country..at this moment in time..............IMO none of them are fit for purpose and would try to get away with bending the rules, no matter what party they belonged too....perks of the job,,,

    Party anyone!!

He did get us out of the **** EU, he did to my utter delight defeat Corbyn, the vaccination programme for me is a success, the lies and partying have pissed me right off but Ed Davey, Starmer, Rayner, Sturgeon and Drakeford as has been said are a........

At this moment in time, even though he is a buffoon we did get a feeble apology, I'll stick with Boris, see the report and await developments.

I'll join in the party, mine is a malt....

The only reason he apologised, and I use the word lightly, was too try to get himself out of the brown stuff, he felt, rightly in my view, if he didn’t his own MP ‘s would have had to kick him out. As it it they can hide behind his ‘apology’ and kick it into the long grass. As I said I hope they are successful and he leads them into the next election because all these shenanigans will weaken the Tories

where are you going to sit and can you use the same glass for a top up!

most of the voters are like maybe 75% of this country swept up and washed down the gully of negativity / media feeding frenzy. Although CORBYN had a poor chance of beating Boris, polls were about 52-48 maybe 20 -30 seats when it came to putting the cross it was not the usual I ve been labour because the last2 or 3 generations of my family have been ... they paused and the grey matter clicked in ... I am me ! .......... I will vote for Boris ....
did anyone watch the louise woodward documentary ... of the jurors 25 years on only 2 would face the camera, one the crinkly one still believes she was guilty ... the defence had the USA's top surgeons /proffessors giving evidence .had the CT scan photo etc since the trial at least 2 of the prosecution witnesses has become experts in the field of neuro surgery .. and state their training was when 3 aspects of head injury are present it is 100% guaranteed child shake syndrome .... they now say they were wrong and the evidence points to pre "on the day" injury ...

He did get us out of the **** EU - BY LYING TO THE QUEEN - Isn't that High Treason?, he did to my utter delight defeat Corbyn - I would say Corbyn defeated himself but ok the outcome was the same and I also agree that Corbyn could have been worse - that doesn't make BJ good though, the vaccination programme for me is a success - This IMHO is the ONLY thing he deserves any credit for - until of course he and his cronies are found to have substantial shares in the vaccine manufacturers!! , the lies and partying have pissed me right off but Ed Davey, Starmer, Rayner, Sturgeon and Drakeford as has been said are a........

At this moment in time, even though he is a buffoon we did get a feeble apology, I'll stick with Boris, see the report and await developments.

I'll join in the party, mine is a malt....

I'd beleive this guy sooner than BJ - and he'd better not try and tell me to lock down........

Imagine how good the vaccine roll out would have been if there wasn’t around 10k vacancies in the NHS due to 10 yrs of Tory underfunding , it has been good despite Boris not because of him.

Well there you go,I thought we gave the British people a referendum in or out, the people were given the facts and the majority booted the EU and their unelected bureaucrats out, the same thoughts entered my head when in 2019 the British people was given a general election, all parties gave their offers and the people made their choices and enabled Boris and the Conservatives to romp home with an 80 plus seat majority.

British voters are nobodys fools, they shook off the shackles of the fat cats of Brussels, Corbyn was a mate of Hamas, Hezbollah, the IRA and enabled Anti - Semitism to drag down the Labour party, the majority saw through the little twister and his mates and blew them out.

Boris led the way and won on both fronts, he has taken things for granted and will pay dearly for his stupidity but I will still wait for the report and it's developments.

You don’t need a report to know he was there he admitted it, the report has a limited remit, what are you expecting it to find , or not.

We've had the apology so that is an admission but I thought in this country you were innocent until proven guilty, Sue Gray is a highly intelligent, well educated, experienced, independently minded civil servant, she is looking into all of the facts, will find out the severity, depth and breaches of the rule breaking and her recommendations on what course of actions should be taken, the report will be submitted and then we can all make our decisions based on fact.

‘Corbyn was a mate of Hamas,Hezbollah, the IRA and enabledAnti - Semitism to drag down the Labour party, the majority saw through the little twister and hismates and blew them out.….’

… exactly my point. Boris won by default because Corbyn was unelectable and, well, there wasn’t anyone else was there?!!!
Not because he was any good.

So, BJ gave you your Brexit (although he supported Remain and defrauded the queen to force it through) and that gives him the green light do do and say as he pleases then?!!!!
I was banned from seeing my 86 year old lonely dad whilst those ****ers partied. That’s unforgivable in my book.

It wasn't my Brexit mate, it was a referendum promised to the British people and the majority voted out when given the opportunity, the Conservative party won the 2019 election and Labour lost, it wasn't a presidential contest, the democratic majority won it, no default the Tories won an 80 seat majority.

I'm sorry you didn't see your Dad, because of our ages my wife and I didn't see our son, daughter and grandsons, except the occasional wave for 18 months, we all suffered the same fear and anxiety with you, the problem was a worldwide one, as I have said Boris took us all for granted, he was a fool, he will pay for his stupidity but until the report is completed and published we have no idea how many liberties were taken, so I'll wait and see developments before I make any judgements.

We know the date of the party, we know Boris went because he said he did, we also know the rules that were in place at the time. These are all facts. To try to say he wasn’t aware it was a party frankly is taking us for fools. How many times has he stood up in Parliament and stated on record that he wasn’t aware any parties took place, when plainly he did. Do you think it’s acceptable that our PM tells lies to parliament?, he’s trying to deflect as he always does,

That is the problem it's not just him who attended, it's the other 30 or 40, they've all got to be investigated as if a rule was broken they are possibly all guilty, how many parties, how many people, how many events, how many departments had events, how many places, how many lies, which ones were lawful business gatherings, it goes on and on thus the report.

If it is proven without doubt he misled, lied or is deflecting the truth to parliament or the people it is a resigning offence or sackable for the others proven to have participated thus the in depth report, it could go very deep and include the **** Cummings.

The investigation will look into all those details and quite right, Boris though has admitted he was there, he didn’t have a choice really he had to. He is the PM, he is held to a higher standard because of his office. If he had an ounce of decency he would resign, he doesn’t and he won’t.
