Whats a Gillingham ticket cost?

Tenner?

I wished, £22 if you book it in advance. I think it's somewhere between £24-26 on the day. You get the ocassional ticket for a tenner, but very rare these days, unless it's a first round cup game.

Honestly im surprised at that. Fulham tickets are around 38/48 quid whenever ive checked, **** it was 7 quid for a kids ticket at qpr when i was a lad.

Inflations a bitch man<laugh>

That's quite a lot for a Fulham ticket, not sure how they expect kids from poor families to be able to afford that. I was lucky as a kid that it only cost pence to get in, can't remember the prices, but you could easily go to a game with a quid, get in, get a programme and have change.

As if Boris will ever have to face penalties!!

<doh>

I'm honestly not sure which way this is going to go, but as Saff pointed out today and I've said before, if the back benchers do turf him out, then that will make the Tory position stronger, so it's like cutting your nose off to spite your face from an opposition point of view.

I know people don't like Boris, but the way to cause most damage to the Tories is by keeping him as PM.

People will remember the hurt, but they will forget very easily it was the Tories if things change....it's like anyone in a new post, chuck all the rubbish on the person before, easiest way to clean the slate.

Hence because of the above, I think Boris' time is done.

It doesn't matter how much badgering Labour, Lib Dems, SNP et al do about this, they can't do anything to shift Boris. The only people who can kick him out are his own. They will decide if he goes or stays, and they will probably be led by trying to gage public opinion rather than any moral stance.

I don't like Boris, but as someone who is left-leaning I think we could do a lot worse with a replacement in terms of policies and direction. Boris isn't a conservative. He's a popularist. There are some fairly radical right-wingers in the list of people who could replace him.
