Rangers and Celtic would become two of the biggest clubs in the English league given time.

Obviously the squads they have now would be instantly relegated.
 
Tbf rangers and Celtic is the biggest Derby in Britain and possibly bar none anywhere and they have huge passionate fanbases.

Exactly. Huge clubs, big grounds, massive support, big history. They'd be a big pull to top players if they had the money of competing in the Premier league.
