I didn’t believe him but I remember a frenzy in the press of imminent attacks on U.K. soil from WMD’s. I even thought Colin Powell’s presentation to the UN was laughable. Something I could have knocked up on PowerPoint in 10mins.
The whole thing was a disaster orchestrated by Bush and Blair.

Yes, he certainly was very vocal in his opposition to the war.
As I said there was a frenzy in the media which didn’t help things. We were duped into going to war with Iraq and Blair has a lot to answer for… which will never happen, instead they knight him.
