Merry Christmas to you all. I'm sat in a hospital while my son goes under the knife....fell skiing.
Really hope he's OK Furter. Seriously hope that "knife" you mention is heading for a limb rather than the Schumacher destination.
These days I tend to fall off pissed rather than off piste.
It's on his knee. we await results at the moment. No-one allowed ay the hosital....COVID....so the little ****er will call tomorrow for us to take him home!!!!
Quick update....son back at accommodation after knee op for dislocation and torn cartilage. Months of physio ahead but all good. Months of arguaing ewith health insurance too.........thank God for the NHS........we are looking at:
Doctor.....600 Euro
MRI......1,500 Euro
Op........8,000 Euro
Physio and the like.......another shedful ...but that should be back in Germany and covered by German health insurance.
