What the Liberal by-election win said to me is that people still don't trust Labour. So you've got Tory voters, such as myself who would swing to a Liberal vote in a by-election, and you have Labour voters lending the vote to the Liberals. So it all makes for good TV, but not much else.
Even IF Boris is removed, you will end up with another Tory, and if it's someone like Sunak who makes a good Chancellor, don't be fooled into thinking it will make him a good PM, we've only had the funding that we have had in the economy, due to Boris pulling his strings imho.
Do I regret voting Tory no, would I do the same again if there was any threat of returning to the EU, 100% I would. Who will I vote for in the next GE, haven't a clue....and there is your problem, swing voters such as myself still don't trust Labour.

Die of radiation poisoning, but at least they can't track yaLabour put little resource into campaigning, there was no official pact but there was plenty of SM encouragement for the LD tactical vote aimed at dethroning the Tories. What’s interesting is that this was a 60% leave voting area, yet the LD’s won, shows the public has moved on.I was listening to some analysis on Radio 4 earlier and they reckoned that loads of Labour voters tactically voted Lib Dem in order to unseat the Tory. That could all be supposition I guess, but I think that North Shropshire by election was simply a Tory protest vote, rather than giving an indication of where the Lib Dems and Labour are at personally.
Wellness industry lol. I nearly put it on Luv’s thread.Die of radiation poisoning, but at least they can't track ya

I’m fairly certain the Tories didn’t think they’d lose. They certainly expected a bloody nose and a vastly reduced majority, but to lose by 6k votes will have rocked them this morning.Yeah mental really. Full on Brexit seat with 200 years of 'True Blue'
I wish folk down here would get clued up enough to realise that unseating our wet lettuce of a Tory will require a Lib Dem vote. Glad to see tactical voting working in N Shrop though. Hopefully it will show voters than they can get a result when they work tactically together.
Nope, more related to a supposed timeline mate, 10 days or 28, which is it or is it all just made up?

If the bent ****er had taken his 30 day suspension he’d be back now, and would still have his seat. Only Johnson was prepared to properly take the piss over the debacle and it’s kicked him in the plums.
Then add 8Think of a number…double it…
Said similar to a mate this morning, as bad as it, I think it would be worse under Starmer and the crazy bitch.
The daily figures are based on those who died within 28 days of a +ve test, those who had the temerity to last longer than 28 days before dying are included in the 60 day daily stats.COVID?
If you test positive you have to isolate for 10 days but if you die WITH it within 28 days it counts as a COVID death.
Surely you should have to isolate for 28 days if you test positive if this is the time limit for deaths WITH?
I had the first 2 vaccs because the kids kept asking me but have held off on the booster, now Professor Chris Whitty tells us the booster is **** and we need a 4th dose, i will now wait to see if dose 4 is any use before i have it and **** the booster.
So why do you only have to isolate for 10 days if you test positive? The daily figures are based on those who died within 28 days of a +ve test, those who had the temerity to last longer than 28 days before dying are included in the 60 day daily stats.
However, the really meaningful figures are those produced by the ONS which are based on death certs and are therefore delayed, this figure is invariably higher btw, due to the inaccuracies in collecting the daily figures.
What’s the correlation between the isolation period and death stats? So why do you only have to isolate for 10 days if you test positive?
