Rain last night, clear sky and chilly this morning
Went to the beach,
Rode a few waves in the brilliant sunshine.
Fell off the board and got dumped.
Laid in the sun like a beached whale.
Put the vibe out!
Had a wee small G&T to calm the nerves
when l arrived home.
