Unbelievable, you have a bad patch and your gone, owners just baffle me.
I liked him when he was here, he just needed to be more adventurous, perhaps he's made the same mistake in Edinburgh. Decent bloke though.

Are they not in the League Cup final? Do they expect to win tbe league or something?

Had his faults Ross, ( always thought he needed a good coach who was used to the English second and third tier to help him) but maybe Hibs can get better. Maybe.

Was just saying this to one of the lads at work. You don’t get a chance to turn around a bad patch of form these days. I like Ross and would rather he stayed on at Sunderland instead of sacking him and bringing in the dinosaur Phil Parkinson.

Funnily enough I was only last night looking at how he was doing at Hibs.

Sorry Jack, it seems you've been struck by the curse of Draig!

FFS. Just because Parkinson was an absolute joke appointment - doesn’t mean it was wrong to sack Ross. He should’ve been gone straight after the Charlton play-off final. Embarrassing he didn’t achieve promotion with that squad.

100% agree, he threw away promotion and should have gone at the full time whistle.

He did have some very bad defenders though. Then again, Ozturk was entirely his signing, and he couldn't get the best out of Flanagan (constant challenge :emoticon-0100-smile)

That squad was / is overrated. Jack Baldwin at CB and Will Grigg up top anyone?

If Donald hadn’t ****ed up by not offering a contract to Maja earlier we’d have gone up.

How many games did Grigg play that season in the league?

McLaughlin GK. Oviedo LB. Matthews RB. Honeyman CM. Cattermole CM. McGeady LM. Maja ST for half a season.

It’s a disgrace we didn’t achieve promotion, the squad was very good for L1 level. 2 horrendous performances at Wembley too, second halfs especially.
