Here is the healthy breakfast of champions;

Get an old jam jar or something.

Put in half a cup of organic oats and one table spoon of chia seeds in. If you hapen to have made a pot of decent coffee (optional, just the milk bit will do), fill to half way up the mix with black coffee.

Top up to just above the mix line with some skimmed milk and put in fridge over night, with jam jar lid screwed on.

In the morning, add a large heaped tablespoon of no fat greek yogurt, mix it up, and then serve with whatever you fancy.

I add a banana flavoured scoop of protein powder, stir it in, and have it with a banana. Or can add frozen mixed berries or fresh blueberries. Whatever.
