I get what you are saying, but with the squad United have, they really should be competing for the title, and certainly shouldnt be in any danger of falling out of the top 4.
They need a number 6 and they will probably have to replace Pogba at the end of this season too, as he looks like he will be on his merry way.
Maguire is quickly proving that they need a new CB partner for Varane too. So I think that next summer will be a busy window for them.

Utd getting poch for me means they are just happy with top 4.

If they were still a serious club theyd break the bank to get zidane in.

I think Poch will do well at United providing they let him build. He's improved pretty much every team he's spent a decent amount of time at and he will there too. Should have got him earlier tbh.

Surprised that he's leaving mid season as I thought he'd want to pick up that easy league title but fair play to him I suppose.

I think you’ll definitely compete for silverware but I don’t see you winning the league with Poch to be honest, not whilst Tuchel, Klopp and Pep are around at their current clubs. They’re better managers, have better quality teams (albeit not by much) and two of them have similar resources to Utd financially so I don’t see how Poch realistically overcomes those obstacles.

They done us and the rest of the league a favour by thumping us when they did. Made us splash out on Conte, if they’d binned Ole off earlier and gotten him then I’d be thinking the title would be a real possibility for them. I still can’t believe Conte actually agreed to join us <laugh>.

I love Poch but it’s no secret the guy struggled in the real crucial moments and it sounds like part of the reason he’d willingly leave PSG is due to some of the egos and politics… not sure why Utd overly appeals to him if that’s the case.
