I think Mason jointly managed the whole academy, with someone else, with him mostly overseeing progression and the other person doing other things, so I imagine they’ve just reverted to one person doing it all. Bur you're making an assumption that playing second is harder psychologically. It's that assumption that can be tested. I don't think we did significantly worse relative to Leicester when we played after them. It's often thought better to go second so that you know what you have to do.
