The car hasn't stopped before it goes off. I know that hospital quite well as my kids were born there and both my kids were in there a bit longer than the usual newborn stay so went in and out of that entrance a lot.

That is the drop off point so taxis do drop off there a lot and I'm not sure if he is stopping or driving on to make sure he doesn't get out.

There is a video doing the round of someone who knows the driver and has spoken to the driver.

He says he picked up the bloke and was asked to go to the memorial heading in to town. They got stuck in traffic so he asked him to take him to the women's. He started thinking the bloke was a dodge pot but not to that extent. As he was pulling up the passanger started vibrating so he looked around and saw something flashing on him and went to jump out and woke up being pulled away from the car with it on fire.

Says driver said he didn't lock him in. But then you have the mayor etc saying his actions saved life so who knows.

Yeah it blows as soon as it stops and he immediately gets out.
It's odd that bloke in high vis bottom right by the red car.
He runs over and wrestles the taxi driver then returns to his car, passenger side door still open, messes with rear wheel/arch then seems to put something in the car.
Parked in a disabled bay too.

Don't taxis lock you in if they have runners without paying?

Think drivers door has auto unlock for safety, after the explosion he opened his door. Must have been a horrendous experience

Just watched that CCTV video taxi driver is a lucky man.
They seem to think that the detonator may have gone off and not set off the main charge.

That's what I mean I thought they still unlocked from the inside when locked?

I'm not saying he didn't lock the doors but not sure it even works as I thought they auto unlocked when handle pulled inside.

There will be.

But at a guess, it will be along the lines of " radicalized Muslim youths plot and enact outrage".

It seems they might have been aiming for the Anglican Cathedral. It wouldn't be the first time, a number of Churches have been torched in France over the last few years, and, just guessing here, but it might not have been the people who normally use them.

Cue politicians telling us all ( yet again) that Islam is a religion of peace, in the face of fifteen hundred years of evidence to the contrary.

an ex para has sent me a vid of main stream media lined up by a bus stop by the hospital with little traffic post with peace written on the them, and with police for protection, they get mobbed for lying by the friends and some family members of the driver wanting to tell what really happend but get silenced by the police, then when you try and upload the vid it they take it down. ive tried drive and a few others . if anyone knows how to get around the MSM facy twiter google trying to hide the story send me a pm and of how to get it out and ill publish it
