Been out all evening, so I don't know what's been written about it - but... I'm so glad Man U won (I'll disinfect my keyboard in a minute) - I was afraid that it really would be curtains for Ollie if Spurs beat them.

    Trolls at it again.

Zaha racially abused on Instagram (one of the devils (Zuckerberg) platforms)

So if you **** up the trolls have a go.

If you beat their side? The trolls have a go.

A law the shuts there service down for 24 hours every time they allow this stuff would soon sort it.

Social media would instantly die, people would post controversial stuff intentionally to get it closed all the time <laugh>

People post things to get a reaction, that's why they do it!

Edit; although admittedly, they'd want to do something about it if it meant being offline SK the time too. It'd cost the millions being offline.

The thing is what you are talking about is media, a social network is something different or at least was.

As a media form the ability to troll a content presenter is the issue here. These famous footballers get trolled on their media platforms that just happen to also be a social network in theory.

In practice these guys will have WhatsApp groups or whatever for actual real social network.

The second tou broadcast to the globe its no longer social imo. It's just plain old media.

Watched them a couple of times this season, as they always seem to be on a Sunday (EL reasons), I don't think they're that good, they've found a style that suits them.

They're organised at the back with some big lads to head stuff away, with a couple of fast lads to play off Antonio. But they've been playing pretty much the same XI for all the league games, so there is going to be some fatigue soon and injuries are going to start to happen.

Today they took a couple of long distance pot shots in the 1st half and then Villa imploded in the 2nd. Villa were appalling in the 2nd half.

Still we'll have to play well. No point in us trying for crosses in attack, we're midgets compared to Wham.
They are on very good form however.

Stupid to take a job he was 4th in line or worse but levy should be sacked.

Hes blown spurs only shot at a trophy last season sacking mourinho when he did and massively paying him off and now hes at it again

There comes a time when the blame.needs to lay at the feet of the guy in charge not the guy trying his best

Spuds reportedly in advanced talks with Conte.

I suppose it take a decent manager off the table if Man U do ditch Ole.

Even though we were a goal down when James got the red card, i honestly thought we were the better side against Chelsea at home and would go on to win the game. Going down to 10 ruined it for us!

I wonder how the top brass at West Ham would take it if there was a suggestion at this point for the league to be null and voided. :bandit:

Doesn’t mean Conte would do a good job at Spurs. Nor would he necessarily have been a good fit at MU. No one even ones with great CVs have done it at the mancs. It’s been a poisoned chalice for many managers.

spurs fans want attacking football. Nuno had tried more cautious defensive football but that didn’t get him anywhere.

Until Conte can bring in a decent number 10, then Kane and Son won't be scoring many.

He'll tighten the defence in the meantime I reckon, but attacking wise no change until that 10 comes in. Spurs fans will have to be patient until then.
