Bristol the great city
the bigger picture Zak Vyner and Kasey
Palmer weren't involved today, how do they get
back in your plans?
Train well. When you consider Ayman Benarous got
the nod ahead

So why not Pato is there did a good job last time owners etc were willing to buy.... another goal for Pato ....
We all know pato on his day is a top championship player, who has an eye for goal. The trick is keeping him a on his day because when he’s off form he’s a liability. I’d have him over ODowda any day, but his contract was up ODowda’s wasn’t .

So on your logic, Swansea are going to buy all of our players because Pato plays there?
sometimes you amaze me by your lack of reasoning .......

Yep also didnt get to play due to injury, a lot in front of the current manager who passed him over. s### happens ....

I can't work out Palmer.
Amazing natural talent and surely more than the kids who Pearson prefers to bring on from the bench.
I know, I've called him a show pony and yes he drives me nuts.
For all that and I don't know what goes on at the training ground but I'd throw him in at Coventry this weekend.
I'd 'call him out' before the game (know it's not allowed) show him up if you like but try some sort of rocket up his rear end.
We are in a desperate situation, Pearson needs to arrest this before it's too late and getting Palmer's head straight might be a start.

Where are my tablets ?

I agree.
I know many on here say he's had lots of chances and don't rate him, but I do. I also think he's not been given the right direction when chosen. Needs to be given a role for more than the odd game....he's inconsistent because the team and the manager is inconsistent. He has plenty of talent and ability going to waste IMO.

NP defiantly needs to change things up and hope he isn't the stubborn sort that thinks, how we are playing will come good...personally I don't see it. The fear for me is, the longer these performances go on the quicker the confidence will drain from all the players and we will end up in big trouble..

We are in big trouble don't think were not.

Kasey Palmer remains on the outside looking in despite Bristol City's need for attacking spark
Kasey Palmer has fallen completely out of favour under Nigel Pearson even in light of Bristol City's continual struggles in the final third

Is this a correct move or a mistake by Nige, Palmer is a skillful player, he is experienced and his signing, income and contract is a big investment for City, it also demonstrates our managers prnciples and possibly weaknesses and that is you only get into the team if if you are committed, totally fit, you stick to the team plan all over the pitch and you give 100% mentally and physically to the cause, you don't just walk in on your own terms.

Personally I rate Palmer, the skill and ability is there for all to see but there must be a negative somewhere and it has been recognised by 3 managers now so it really is approaching the time when patience is exhausted and he is shipped out.

We can't afford to carry passengers, the weight of effort must be equally shared by all, on Tuesday sat amongst the away fans, fully fit he was a very expensive item.

Palmer is a conundrum, he obviously has ability, ha can tackle and is far more mobile than Bakinson, he seems to have all the necessary ingredients, and yet … something isn’t quite right, maybe it’s attitude, I can’t quite put my finger on the problem.
