Not really all that sure of the point of your post but first two of the three are clearly irrelevant, and what's happening to Juve is interesting enough but makes no difference and bears no relevance to our situation whatsoever.

I suspect just an observation from GF.
Juventus: I read that Bonucci had said that the team was much better before CR and now after he’s left too. Well, it’s not that simple is it as Juventus lost yet again and is now 7th. CR could have given them the goal in that 2nd half that would have won them the game. They clearly lacked that goal poacher. Having said that I understand where he is coming from..
Shows that CR has been (and is) difficult to integrate into a team structure. No doubt in my mind that failure to integrate CR properly into our team has been the difference this season. No one was talking about United not playing as a team last season Can anyone other than Ole do that task? Hope so otherwise we are ****ed. Interestingly I think that Ole tested the team without CR against Everton and he would have got away with it were it not for some brain fart by Fred. And the resulting outcry made it virtually impossible for him to drop the player. A stronger personality would have probably stood his ground.

I don't get this how he's supposed to be difficult to integrate, he's playing at centre forward so it's only really Cavani he's competing with. Who, we are all aware, isn't really going to play 90 mins for every game.
Now, if the plan prior to signing Ronaldo was that Greenwood would be No.9, meaning Sancho plays where he should on the right side, now that I get.

All Ole needs to do is tell Ronado once in a while he's not playing. It shouldn't be that 'difficult'.

May be integrate is not the right word. Possibly how to use him properly. Mismanagement is a general term I could agree with but specifically we’ve not identified a system that is beneficial to the team with CR in it. Do the likes of Fernandes, Pogba, rashford, Greenwood and the other midfielders put in more running and pressing? Many pundits seem to think so. To me using CR properly is an issue and unless we solve that we won’t get anywhere.
CR must be used properly in center back to stop us conceding 11 goals in three games.

It only took few days for you to revert to this tripe. What exactly is the point you’re trying to make?
We literally just got smashed at home by fkin Liverpool and you are drawing parallels wherever you could find one. We are level on points with fkin Arsenal for f sakes and not had a decent win since the first game of the season against a sht Leeds side.

If he picks the same again, he might as well just be handing in a metaphorical resignation to the world at large. If he genuinely still thinks the way to go is 4 2 3 1 with McFred then he's sunk, forever.
I'd like to think they might be having a bit of a 'we'll show 'em' brainstorming week and looking at playing 4 3 3 .
And in doing do, not worrying about who they might upset in not being picked.
To be very bold (back five aside) the two banks of three, for me, would be;

with Rashford Ronaldo and Sancho in front (also left to right)

I see no reason why van de Beek can't play a No.8 role in the way that Fred attempts to. He would definitely get in ahead of Matic and McTominay, the idea is move the ball on quickly, neither of those two do that, ever.

I am not pinning the blame on CR. It’s not his fault if the manager/coaches can’t get a better team with him.
I am not saying we were a great team last season. But we were not accused of being a group of individuals as we are now. I’ve said it many times. Our players are completely confused this season. Especially when we are not in possession. Do they all press or retreat? One presses whilst the others retreat does more damage and creates massive gaps exploited adroitly by the RS and Leicester. Villarreal and Atalanta could and should have destroyed us too.
I can’t see Van deBeek playing. Ole has not played him in an important match and that Spurs match is absolutely crucial for him.

Agree I think that would be a bold decision. One he could have made if his job weren't on the line, but going 4-3-3 he'd not want to take any risk with the defensive mid. The paradox though is that playing Fred would probably be the riskier thing to do. But as they say, better the (red) devil you know...
That's the point though isn't it, Fred is no more a defensive midfielder than van de Beek is.
He plays No.8 for Brazil and does it well. He's not a holding midfielder.
Who are we to say that dvdb wouldn't be better, he's never had a chance to prove it?!
I agree it's beyond Solskjaer at this point to even think that boldly, but it's as worth a try as anything else he could do.

I have no idea how good he'll be but I'm of the opinion he offers more than Fred from what I've seen of him, and I'm absolutely sure he can't be worse.
