So i'm bored and have been thinking of the summer transfer window. Now, we don't know if the money will be invested into new players. But if you were the manager of our Amazing, beautiful and beloved club. Who would you buy with the 35 million ?

Well lets stretch this a bit and say 50 million.

I'll kick this off with a few names i would be going in for.

Jeremy Menez ( Roma ) - 14 Million +
Lucas Barrios ( Dortmund ) - 13 Million +
Hummels ( Dortmund ) - 10 Million +
Djalo ( Sporting ) 8 Million +

Prices probably aren't right. It's only a estimate

Forster is **** mate, Djalo is a donkey and Menez won't come here. Hummels no better than Taylor and Barrios is no better than Pavlyuchenko who we could get for half that. Apart from that I agree with you 100% my friend :)

I haven't seen a whole lot of Hulk, but from the games i've seen and from what i've heard, he's apparently quite lazy and arrogant. He's apparently just a bit better than Nzogbia, but just as arrogant.
He's not worth the 20 mil price tag from what i've seen, and he'd probably see any club below the top 5 as a joke.

Hulks a cracking striker he has 32 goals in 63 games ! Just a bit better than N'zogbia ? N'zogbia is an amazing player, so Hulk must be unbelievable then ?

I said in my comment that i haven't seen alot of him, so i can't really make a judgement. I'll try and watch more FC Porto games if i can, but from the couple of games i've seen him in, he didn't look that good.

Some of these targets are a tad unrealistic. People like Chamberlain and Hulk will end up at top clubs, the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Man U tracking both. Also Eriksen will be a world beater according to people who watch him regularly, Jol claims he will be as good as Sneijder or van der Vaart, and Eriksen himself believes his style of play does not suit the Premier League so he doesnt want to join.

I'd like Pavlyuchenko and Gervinho if they could be convinced to join us. Not good enough/young enough that a top 4 club will be after them but easily top 10 quality players.
 
hulk is my choice of striker but porto have him on a long contract with a 100m euro release clause and if he was available he'd be of to the likes real/barca/milan etc.

maybe we should do what porto did and have a look in the j league where they bought him from and there's a few young Brazilians playing there.

Mancienne doesn't seem to be in Chelsea's first team plans, I'd fancy going for him, especially if Wolves go down (as he probably quite likes it there now).
