We can spend whatever we like as long as the books are balanced in 3 years time.

Due to being in profit for last 3 years.

Problem we have with Bruce in charge is he will still insist on naming 4 keepers in the 25 man squad despite spunking £1bn on whatever the first wonderkids list of fm22 is.
