The best bit for me is knowing that we don’t have to sell any of our current players now……we can just give the ****s away and be done with them!!

**** off Fraser, Hendrick, Shelvey, Gayle etc!

It's like Ashley going. That was more pleasing than the owners coming in. Same with players - the day we wave bye bye to some of this rancid ****ing garbage will be better than seeing Coutinho arrive.

All of which I would take in a heartbeat Over what we have.

Stick in a good team of coaches and a good manager (potter ahem) and you have a good starting point.

Win win for potter for example. He gets the chance to kickstart the rebuild. He takes us as far as he can. Further if he is successful and bobs your uncle.

If we can go from where we are now to top half in the next 2-3 seasons that is mission succesful.

It's a steady progressive rebuild we want, this is what I imagine the plan will be:

Year 1: Stay up
Year 2: Top 10 finish
Year 3: push for top 4 but get Europa League minimum
Year 4: push for the title but get champions league minimum
Year 5-10: same as year 4 until title is won

He turned down spurs because he didn't think they were title ready, or something like that.... If he took the job, we won't be signing Tarkowski etc.... We shall see. I'd be over the moon with Potter to be honest

Spurs are 1 billion in debt he knew

Yeah why does anyone think they ended up with Nuno if they’re such a massive club.

The project at Newcastle is now a bottomless pit of cash for building one of the biggest clubs in the world over time.

That's very appealing especially when they know the club has massive support.

It might be a tad early for Conte and icardi, but they'll try

Will be a good January but more excited to see Bruce get the sack Monday and see what backroom staff we get
