Best footballer at the club and I wish him well.
In any other industry he would have gone a while back. I think the club has been more than fair to him.

I was thinking the same, on both points.

Tomlin was an enigma.
Plent of skill and a good football brain.
Prone to carry a few pounds and get injured.
Saw him give what he was capable of too infrequently.

A shame, but at least theres certainty.

Let's face it, Tomlin has been a passenger for a long time and hopefully we can get someone younger and fitter in to replace him.
I think his contract is up this summer so if we have to pay the remainder we may not have the spending power in January.
However I wish him well for the future.

True, but partly due to his inability to maintain a playing weight and also injured too often.

Good luck to him wherever he goes. A very good footballer, unable to achieve a level his ability deserved.

He got mad with us - after Steve Lansdown refused to renew the Greggs franchise at Ashton Gate
