Eaves excellent so far

 

This is our best display since Preston so far

 

Best 15 mins I've seen us play in the championship since Bowen and grosicki left.

 

Bernard and Greaves getting forward and making probing passes whilst Alfie acts as a sweeper is giving me 2012-13 vibes.

 

That sounds very promising!

I can’t believe what I just saw, one of our players runs in front of theirs & wins the ball from a throw in.

 

Eaves needs to be careful, ref seems to have his eye on him.

 

Quite scrappy and edgy atm but you'd expect that against Warnock and given the weather.

I think we're doing well by standing up to them physically. One of the biggest weaknesses of this City team is that they get outmatched and bullied by physical teams with a bit of nous but I think we're doing well so far.

Yep we are doing ok. Eaves has been worth his place working hard. Better team first half.

 

Enjoying the game. The 352 really shows how good Greaves is on the ball. Cannon's playing really well too, as is Eaves. We just lack that cutting edge but it's certainly a big step in the right direction. It's also quite nice to have Wilks and Doc on the bench as hoping they can add a little bit extra to this performance.

 

He needs to look up and see who to cross it to! Very wasteful

 

I think we look pretty good. Hopefully we can kick on in the 2nd half.

Two up top makes such a difference IMHO.
