I don't know what all the fuss is about. I got fuel very easily a few days ago. Just found bobmids van, drilled into the fuel tank and borrowed some diesel, traded it for some petrol which is what I really needed, and job done. (Sorry to hear that Bob. People can be rubbish.) Joking aside, the best supply I've found is any big superstore Tesco/Sainsbury's etc. They seem to be well staffed, so less chaotic and have the fuel. Yet another win for the supermarket key workers.
Think you are just lucky. Both big Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s garages near me all closed for fuel, along with the other 3 big garages along the Staines Road West.
I jumped in the car at 10.30am on Friday (Before I'm condemned I have caring responsibilities and a wedding 150 miles away to attend) and by Friday afternoon every petrol station closed and has been closed since.
Completely out of touch. People short on fuel, jobs, money and potentially a 35% increase in gas and electric etc - people don't care about identity politics at the moment.
Wow, there's a blast from the past. Haven't heard from you for years, how are you keeping other than counting trophies?...
Great to see you still around and the community still going strong. I'm very well thanks, had to take a long sabbatical but I have a much better work-life balance now. How are you keeping? I always keep a keen eye out for your results, good luck for the season.
All good here, we're optimistic for the first time in a few years. You should post more often, sensible contributions always welcome...
Always a pleasure to talk to you fella. Along with FT, a poster from one of our supposed rivals who I have the utmost respect for.
Every right to be based on the snippets I've seen. This might rub a few up the wrong way but I'd love to see all four of Fulham, Chelsea, Brentford, QPR in the top flight one day. WBA are my tip to get auto-promotion but I really feel the division is as open as we've seen in some time.
