Yeh and senna couldn't drive properly.
Oh dear, did a bad man say something about one of your heroes and it hurt you so bad you had to make a comment that only an idiot would make? Bill Hicks was a comedian and said things to entertainment people who paid him money.

I find it amazing how some twat like Brand get's all this inside info that most people never get to hear about (almost Ike like <whistle>)

Still, i suppose it's a blessing that some listen to them and pass on their wisdom to the masses who for some reason can't access this info or "fully understand"it <ok>

So Andy's lawyers think that getting access to the 2009 settlement agreement between Epstein and Giuffre would "null and void" any current lawsuit.

There's something very creepy about this approach imo. It's like you're trying to get off on a technicality and looking even more guilty in the process. It's not like that would clear his name <doh>

He should have just come clean but denied he was aware she was technically underage (depending where she was) and or under duress

Then there would have been no charges to answer, he would still be a **** but an innocent one

It's just basic lawyering. Kill the case before it even starts.
I don't think that he can win any PR battle and if it gets to court, then he'll take more of a pasting.

If he admitted she was underage, whether he was aware or not, I think he would've set himself up for charges.

The thing is (and I may be wrong so happy to be corrected) that agreement is specifically for Epstein and all associates involved in any trafficking or underage sex allegations.

So by claiming he qualifies under the terms of that agreement, he's accepting he was a part of it. It's a mental defence as it will just drive even more pressure from the media and the FBI.
